• Ensure all assigned construction projects are properly staffed with trained professionals
• Direct preparation of and review project construction execution plans
• Develop construction execution plans when requested, including risk assessments and cost estimates
• Participate in constructability reviews to minimize costs and duration of construction activities
• Provide oversight during construction on all assigned projects
• Monitor project construction execution and take corrective actions as necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality programs
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and subcontractors
• Supervise and manage direct reports and advocate for training and development
