About the role

  • Manage execution of engineering component of multiple water and wastewater projects
  • Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians on high profile municipal projects
  • Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities
  • Manage budgets, scheduling, and correspondence with clients in support of projects
  • Identify key client interests and drivers for projects
  • Communicate client concerns to project team members and develop solutions
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements
  • Provide input to technical leadership for water and wastewater treatment projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience
  • PE license preferred
  • Previous engineering consulting experience preferred
  • Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects
