About the role
- Manage execution of engineering component of multiple water and wastewater projects
- Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians on high profile municipal projects
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying developmental growth opportunities
- Manage budgets, scheduling, and correspondence with clients in support of projects
- Identify key client interests and drivers for projects
- Communicate client concerns to project team members and develop solutions
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements
- Provide input to technical leadership for water and wastewater treatment projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program
- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
- PE license preferred
- Previous engineering consulting experience preferred
- Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects
