About the role
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for customer interaction, predictive analytics, and process automation
- Improve performance, accuracy, and scalability of existing AI algorithms and models; measure performance and maintain models
- Create and refine consumer interaction AI such as chatbots, personalized recommendations, and sentiment analysis tools
- Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements and deliver AI solutions
- Deliver cutting-edge AI features that drive BizzyCar's growth and enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in AI/machine learning development, with a focus on consumer-facing communication solutions
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
- Experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, or related technologies
- Strong understanding of software development principles and version control (Git)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; company does not provide U.S. visa sponsorship
