About the role

  • Execute BizzyCar’s sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Lead, train, and mentor Account Executives through daily coaching, pipeline management, and deal strategy sessions.
  • Partner directly with AEs on discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing execution.
  • Conduct regular team and individual training sessions focused on objection handling, storytelling, and value-based selling.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning, performance improvement, and measurable growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
  • Maintain strong forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and data-driven reporting.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to analyze funnel metrics and drive process optimization.
  • Leverage sales enablement tools to increase productivity, insight, and conversion.
  • Represent BizzyCar at key automotive and SaaS industry events, building relationships with executives and partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience selling software or technology solutions in the automotive industry
  • 3+ years managing Account Executives
  • Proven success selling to dealership decision-makers such as GMs, Fixed Ops Directors, and Dealer Principals
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategy, drive team performance, and develop sales talent through structured coaching
  • Deep understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (experience is a plus)
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging modern tools like Gong, Mapsly, PandaDocs, and other sales enablement platforms to improve performance
  • Strong analytical mindset — able to turn data into actionable insights and coaching opportunities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus).
