About the role

  • Run end-to-end program management for platform modernization, AI initiatives, infrastructure work, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Define roadmaps, milestones, risks, and reporting for platform and AI programs.
  • Translate complex systems work into clear, actionable execution plans.
  • Align Engineering, Platform, Data, AI/ML, Product, and Design around a unified execution rhythm.
  • Ensure dependencies, sequencing, and resource needs are visible and well-managed.
  • Facilitate decision-making, unblock teams, and ensure outcomes stay on track.
  • Drive execution across AI-powered workflows, automation, and ML model integration.
  • Support rollout of API-first foundations, event-driven architecture, and system re-architecture.
  • Partner with the Head of Data & AI and Head of Platform Engineering to ensure technical initiatives land cleanly.
  • Establish consistent operating mechanisms: weekly priorities, program reviews, status reports, and risk visuals.
  • Improve engineering predictability, reduce operational drag, and increase velocity.
  • Build repeatable processes that scale as teams grow into independent product squads.
  • Create crisp, concise communication for executives and stakeholders.
  • Translate technical work into business impact, risk summaries, and clear updates.
  • Maintain transparency on progress, blockers, and resourcing across the company.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of Technical Program Management in SaaS, platform, or high-scale engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of modern engineering systems: APIs, microservices, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and ML-in-production.
  • Demonstrated success orchestrating cross-functional, multi-quarter technical programs.
  • Experience supporting modernization, migration, or re-architecture initiatives.
  • Ability to partner deeply with engineering leads while communicating clearly to executives.
  • High operational rigor: you bring structure, clarity, sequencing, and accountability.
  • A builder’s mindset, detail-oriented, high ownership, proactive, and unafraid of ambiguity.
