About the role
- Define Bizee’s design foundation interaction patterns, UI standards, design systems, and the UX principles that guide every squad.
- Design the first end-to-end platform flows across onboarding, Company Profile, business management, workflows, and service activation.
- Shape Bizee’s AI UX layer, designing assistive and generative interactions that help entrepreneurs move from intention to action with clarity and trust.
- Translate complex systems into simple, intuitive experiences—rules engines, automation triggers, document workflows, compliance requirements, and multi-step tasks.
- Own the customer journey experience and ensure consistency across acquisition, activation, engagement, and long-term value realization.
- Partner tightly with Engineering and Product to ship fast, refine relentlessly, and build usable, scalable experiences.
- Establish a culture of design excellence, including rapid prototyping, user insights, usability testing, and iterative development.
- Collaborate with Brand & Content to ensure storytelling, voice, and experience harmonize into one unified product identity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, with deep expertise in interaction design, systems thinking, and complex workflows.
- Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered or automation-driven products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing zero-to-one work, platform UX, or multi-surface design.
- Ability to turn ambiguity into clarity and complex systems into intuitive, elegant flows.
- Fluency collaborating with engineering, product, and data teams especially in fast-moving, iterative environments.
- A builder’s mindset: customer-obsessed, hands-on, fast-moving, and comfortable shaping foundations from the ground up.
- Strength in user research, rapid prototyping, and driving clarity across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent visual and interaction instincts paired with strategic product judgment.
