About the role
- Develop and implement strategies to pursue and acquire new customers within an account, leveraging a deep understanding of solutions and deal constructions
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure, for large and medium-sized fixed-price projects
- Customer relationship management from presales to post-sales incl. stakeholder management, escalation management, change management, negotiation etc.
- PnL Management of the designated customers incl. top-line / revenue, order booking and margins
- Travel extensively within the US and internationally as required, to meet with clients and prospects
- Present innovative ideas and solutions to clients, effectively articulating value propositions and driving interest and engagement
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions, ensuring that client perspectives and needs are prioritized in every transaction
Requirements
- Experience in MedTech/Life Sciences Industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record in selling multi-tower deals covering Infra services, ERP, application modernization, cloud migration, PLM, and digital transformation solutions
- Five or more years of experience in solution-based sales, with a strong background in deal constructions and closing fixed-price projects
- Proven ability to pursue and acquire new business through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Demonstrated success in presenting and selling new ideas and solutions to clients
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively without constraints, both domestically and internationally
