About the role
- Conduct technical trials with products from the company portfolio and products under development, compared against the main regional competitors;
- Responsible for training the company’s commercial team (Managers / Coordinators / RTVs / ATVs);
- Serve as the interface between ITECH, Marketing and Commercial areas to provide technical information to the Sales Force and regional customers;
- Plan and conduct experimental trials and test plots to validate products under development, reporting results within agreed deadlines;
- Monitor research being conducted in your region of operation;
- Ensure the positioning of the company’s portfolio products in accordance with regional realities;
- Report the results of conducted trials in written form — interim and final reports within agreed deadlines;
- Assist the sales team in setting up and running demonstration plots for commercial purposes;
- Position and technically train the regional sales team in alignment with technical and marketing positions and strategies;
- Interact with public and private research institutions in your region, as well as technical consultants, to understand regional technical recommendations;
- Support the sales team in technical presentations to key growers and regional channels;
- Develop technically substantiated product recommendations and persuasive sales arguments against the main regional competitors;
- Provide support to RTVs / ATVs with end-user areas of the company’s technology packages;
- Coordinate Demand Generation trials conducted by ATVs, concluding with delivery of reports;
- Organize and participate in field days;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
- Master’s and/or PhD (advantage)
- Microsoft Office suite — Advanced level
- Knowledge of biologicals
- Must reside in the headquarters city
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) required
