About the role
- Design and implement processes for collecting user feedback and analyze data to drive product improvements
- Organize user education programs to increase product understanding and satisfaction
- Monitor project timelines and ensure completion of initiatives on schedule and to a high standard
- Apply PMO best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency
- Work closely with product, technical and marketing teams to ensure project objectives align with corporate strategy
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and compile detailed product analytics reports to support strategic decision-making
- Continually review and enhance product development and maintenance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years in a role requiring strong technical and analytical skills, preferably in a consulting environment or a technology-focused industry
- Experience in project management, process optimization, or product development within tech-centric settings
- Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- Additional languages would be an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain clear judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
