• Conduct daily outbound texting to homeowners using USA Home Listings (Tier 2 data).
• Follow up persistently and professionally to book estimates for the moving company.
• Monitor seller responsiveness and tailor outreach cadence to maximize conversion.
• Reach out to local realtors in the client’s market to set up referral introductions.
• Track realtor interactions and maintain a consistent pipeline of new connection opportunities.
• Proactively sort and remove leads that are no longer active or valid.
• Input booked estimates directly into the client’s CRM or calendar, following their specific process.
• Log all activity—outbound messages, booked calls, realtor outreach, and removals—in a Google Sheet, CRM, or client platform.
