About the role
- Support for our apprentices and dual-study students in the technical and logistics areas — from onboarding and training assignments through to permanent hire
- Close collaboration with vocational trainers/instructors and advising on all personnel-related matters regarding vocational training and dual-study programs
- End-to-end recruiting for apprenticeship and dual-study positions: job postings, candidate preselection, conducting interviews, contract drafting and hiring in coordination with the departments
- Liaison management with external organizations involved in vocational training and dual-study programs (e.g., Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), vocational schools, universities)
- Planning and implementation of apprenticeship and recruitment marketing as well as the further development of concepts, processes and training-related projects
Requirements
- University degree or comparable qualification with a focus on Human Resources, plus initial professional experience in vocational training and enthusiasm for working with young talent
- Good knowledge of employment law (in particular the Vocational Training Act (BBiG)), contract management and operational HR work
- Strong initiative, flexibility and teamwork skills, and a structured, service-oriented approach to work
- Completion of the trainer aptitude examination (AEVO) and good written and spoken English are desirable
- A basic technical understanding is an advantage when supporting technical apprentices
