About the role
- Lead the product/project lifecycle: discovery, scope definition, planning, delivery and continuous improvements.
- Focus on a technical IT team specialized in Blockchain.
- Plan and prioritize the backlog/roadmap considering impact, effort and risks.
- Run agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) or adapt project management practices to the context.
- Align stakeholders (business, tech, operations, sales) and facilitate decision-making.
- Manage timelines, budgets and expectations; identify and mitigate risks.
- Specify requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, flows) and validate deliveries with QA and users.
- Measure success using KPIs and produce progress and impact reports.
- Support go-to-market activities: define launch requirements, communications and training.
Requirements
- Proven experience (recommended 3+ years) as a PM, PO or Project Manager working on technology products/services (SaaS, platforms, mobile, API integrations, etc.).
- Experience/knowledge in Blockchain.
- Knowledge of financial products.
- Hands-on experience with engineering teams and sufficient technical understanding to discuss architecture, APIs and trade-offs.
- Track record of delivering end-to-end features in an agile environment.
- Technical writing skills: create user stories, acceptance criteria and specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
