• Serve as the central coordinator for tactical execution across intersecting teams
• Act as the key liaison to ensure seamless collaboration
• Oversee tactical-level execution by prioritizing tasks, managing backlogs
• Develop and implement strong communication protocols
• Track key performance indicators for operational efficiency
• Continuously refine alignment and development practices

Requirements

3+ years in Revenue Operations and/or GTM Operations
Proven track record of process improvement, metrics/analytics ownership
Project Management experience is strongly preferred
High level of technical understanding to grasp complex systems like Jira, telephony integrations, and internal tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive and direct
Adept at juggling competing demands from multiple leaders
Fluent in English; must be based in Egypt
Scrum Master certification and/or Project Management certification are a plus but not required
Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with the ability to coach teams.
