Customer Support

• You lead our customer support team (both operationally and with personnel responsibility) and develop your team members.

• You coordinate closely with our logistics, returns and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• You ensure our ticketing system is up to date and that all inquiries are documented properly.
• You analyze service metrics (e.g., response times, customer satisfaction) and derive measures for improvement.
• You contribute your ideas to continuously optimize processes, workflows and our customer service.
