• Research and evaluate new internal and external opportunities related to iGaming (sports betting and iCasino), providing strategic recommendations to department leadership
• Plan, organize, and execute campaigns and/or partner initiatives with timeliness and accuracy
• Leverage data and business insights to track and inform retention and acquisition strategies
• Successfully manage cross-functional teams without direct authority in order to complete large scale, long-term projects, interacting with BetMGM and partners/vendors on complex implementations
• Develop coherent, compelling communication documents to sell through concepts and campaigns to internal and external stakeholders
• Review and comprehend partner agreements/contracts in order to support deliverables
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams when building concepts and campaigns
• Support the development, fulfillment and measurement of partnerships impacting the Canadian business
• Own and manage a marketing channel and creative calendar
• Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines in relation to marketing in licensed Canadian territories
