About the role

  • Provide level 1 and 2 customer support to French-speaking users.
  • Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents using SQL/MySQL (simple queries, data extractions, data verification).
  • Escalate complex cases to technical teams.
  • Maintain rigorous ticket follow-up using the internal tool.
  • Collaborate with IT, Product and Quality teams to improve processes.
  • Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement of the support function.

Requirements

  • Native French speaker or C2 level.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B1/B2).
  • Proven experience with SQL/MySQL: queries, log reading, data investigation.
  • Previous experience in technical customer support, application support, helpdesk or digital customer service.
  • Excellent analytical skills, clear communication and a strong service mindset.
  • Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto.
