About the role
- Provide level 1 and 2 customer support to French-speaking users.
- Analyze, diagnose and resolve incidents using SQL/MySQL (simple queries, data extractions, data verification).
- Escalate complex cases to technical teams.
- Maintain rigorous ticket follow-up using the internal tool.
- Collaborate with IT, Product and Quality teams to improve processes.
- Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement of the support function.
Requirements
- Native French speaker or C2 level.
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B1/B2).
- Proven experience with SQL/MySQL: queries, log reading, data investigation.
- Previous experience in technical customer support, application support, helpdesk or digital customer service.
- Excellent analytical skills, clear communication and a strong service mindset.
- Based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Porto.
