Account Executive

• Be a trusted advisor to the C-Suites of the companies largest customers of over $2MM annually and over 1MM square feet
• Manage 5-7 key accounts effectively and efficiently
• Source and contact potential clients weekly, documenting findings accurately
• Maintain and update CRM software regularly
• Work with team members to generate additional work for Services
• Create and maintain higher profit margins for both maintenance and project work
• Actively participate in relevant training
• Determine customer needs, estimate sourced work, suggest upgrades and develop/present solutions
• Monitor and report on sales plan goals
• Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that supports achieving sales plan
• Create long-term relationships to build brand loyalty
• Educate clients on company's service offerings to persuade sales
• Assist team in creating and executing successful sales strategies
