About the role

  • You assist and advise our customers
  • You are responsible for product labeling and ensuring the correct system price
  • You handle complaint processing and accept service orders
  • You are responsible for maintaining order and the visual presentation on the sales floor
  • You manage inventory and stock organization
  • You are responsible for goods receiving

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in a commercial field or equivalent
  • Experience in equipment and skis is a plus
  • You bring a service-oriented attitude and team spirit
  • You enjoy interacting with customers
  • Ideally, you have prior experience with POS and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision)
  • You have a confident and self-assured appearance
  • You are a passionate mountain sports enthusiast
  • You have a very good command of German and basic knowledge of English
