About the role
- The position includes the design, development, integration, and testing of cross-service and complex IT solutions based on established service design guidelines.
- Providing IT architecture consulting to various business units, taking into account IT security and data protection requirements.
- Analyzing functional and technical requirements and developing implementation concepts.
- Developing solution proposals and presenting results to stakeholders.
- Independent, structured, service- and solution-oriented way of working.
- Planning, enhancement, and documentation of SharePoint and application platform components.
- Customizing and further developing platform components.
- Supporting digitalization projects in public-sector or enterprise-wide environments.
- Executing and supporting service lifecycle processes (Incident, Change, Release, Problem).
- Creating and maintaining service documentation.
- Collaborating in interdisciplinary teams and communicating professionally.
Requirements
- Completed degree in IT or recognized IT training; alternatively at least 10 years of professional experience in the IT field.
- ITIL Foundation certification (or equivalent).
- German language skills at C1 level and English skills at B1 level (according to CEFR).
- At least 5 years' experience with Microsoft SharePoint on-premises technologies (10,000+ users).
- At least 3 years' experience in SharePoint Enterprise or multi-farm environments.
- At least 5 years' experience in planning and implementing server infrastructures.
- Experience with Microsoft IIS Server and JIRA.
- Strong teamwork skills, professional demeanor, and excellent verbal and written communication.
