About the role
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 4–7 Data and BI Analysts.
- Partner with Product Management and Architecture to define and evolve the BI and data platform roadmap.
- Guide the evolution of our data models and pipelines in Azure SQL.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand their processes and goals.
- Lay groundwork for incorporating advanced analytics, such as statistical and ML-based models.
- Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage work effectively and deliver iteratively.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading data or BI teams.
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, and Azure SQL or other comparable BI / data technology stack
- Proven ability to coach and elevate teams, especially in visualization, data modeling, and insight delivery.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data governance, and KPI design.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools.
