About the role

  • Lead the strategic planning of communications, both internal and external, ensuring message coherence and impact across all channels.
  • Develop and execute the strategic content plan for all Bemobi channels (website, LinkedIn, etc.), with an emphasis on SEO.
  • Plan, create and manage content for Bemobi’s corporate profile and its key spokespeople, developing the editorial calendar and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Lead the end-to-end content production cycle: from research and documentation of topics to creation and transformation into high-impact formats, in collaboration with the design team.
  • Create and optimize persuasive, results-oriented copy, including website content optimized for SEO, performance campaign copy, landing pages, and event materials.
  • Create, maintain and safeguard the brand’s writing style guide and tone of voice.
  • Provide support and oversight for internal communication initiatives, ensuring effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Proactively mentor and support other members of the creative team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in journalism, copywriting or a similar role.
  • Collaborative profile with excellent ability to work in synergy with multidisciplinary teams (such as Design, Product, etc.).
  • Knowledge and experience using AI and automation tools to optimize content creation.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Previous experience creating content for the technology sector, payments, fintech or similar industries.
