About the role
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations of the fleet.
- Support the DOM with assigned tasks.
- Monitor aircraft status in real-time, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with regulatory standards and company procedures.
- Collaborate with operations to optimize aircraft availability and minimize disruptions.
- Analyze maintenance data to forecast potential issues and implement preventative measures.
- Communicate with the FAA as needed.
Requirements
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
- Previous experience in aviation maintenance control and as a mechanic.
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and aircraft systems.
- Proficiency in maintenance software and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
- Must reside in and be eligible to work in the United States.
