About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Assistant Solutions Sales Representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, funnel reviews, and performance check-ins focused on skill development and accountability.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, transparency, and collaboration aligned with BELAY’s core values.
  • Identify and address coaching opportunities through call reviews, conversion data, and win/loss analysis.
  • Interview, onboard, and train new Sales Team members to ensure a strong start and continued success.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle for SDRs and Solutions Consultants across Assistant Solutions MQLs, SQLs, and prospecting activities.
  • Manage forecasting, funnel health, and conversion metrics in Salesforce to ensure accurate, predictable results.
  • Ensure consistent execution of BELAY’s consultative sales methodology to uncover client needs and position virtual staffing solutions effectively.
  • Drive consistent, high-quality follow-up communication post-call to improve opportunity-to-close ratios.
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance lead quality, touchpoint strategy, and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Financial Solutions Sales and Client Relations teams to identify and advance cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze pricing objections, win rates, and buyer trends to support data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with other Sales Managers to promote alignment, communication, and collaboration across departments.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, including lead-to-call, call-to-opportunity, and close rates.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to established processes.
  • Contribute to forecasting and leadership reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B inside sales; at least 2 years in a leadership or coaching role.
  • Proven success leading a sales team selling professional services, staffing, or subscription-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, CRM pipeline management (Salesforce experience preferred), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Skilled in coaching sellers through consultative and value-based sales approaches.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and motivational leadership skills.
