About the role
- Ensure Materne's commercial presence in partnership with your Area Manager counterparts
- Optimize the following levers: product availability and shelf presence of our ranges (numerical distribution)
- Monitor and prevent out-of-stock situations for our products on shelf
- Ensure product listings and references are maintained
- Maintain excellent shelf presentation through corrective merchandising actions and signage control
- Reset/re-merchandise shelves according to planograms negotiated by the Area Managers
- Implement national promotional operations negotiated by the Area Managers
- Identify and capture additional sales opportunities specific to each store
- Report information and provide feedback to Area Managers on actions carried out
Requirements
- Minimum vocational qualification in sales/commerce (Bac Pro or equivalent)
- Either initial operational experience as a Sales Promoter in the GMS channel (hypermarkets/supermarkets) or significant experience in a hypermarket/supermarket as a shelf/store associate
- Teamwork is essential to achieve both individual and shared objectives
- Ability to adapt your approach depending on your contacts (shelf staff, department managers, colleagues)
- Organized: you will manage your route schedule in collaboration with your assigned Area Manager
- This is a field sales role; a valid driver’s license (category B/for cars) is required
