About the role
- Develop the annual marketing strategy and plans for the Canadian market for the brand
- Create and implement key promotional activities
- Drive brand growth in Canada in collaboration with the Brand Director
- Work to strengthen brand equity in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager
- Prepare campaign concept briefs for agencies for projects under your responsibility
- Set objectives and key performance indicators for marketing campaigns
- Measure and report on campaign performance
- Lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary projects, collaborating effectively with internal teams and all partner agencies
- Monitor competitor activities and provide in-depth analysis
- Manage the brand website
- Responsible for establishing the local social media strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications with 5–7 years of experience in brand or product management, preferably in the food industry
- Proactive and takes initiative to raise concerns, propose courses of action, or seek additional support to advance the brand agenda
- Agile and autonomous (self-directed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- High stress tolerance and ability to manage a heavy workload
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of the Canadian food market
- Bilingual in French and English
