About the role

  • Develop the annual marketing strategy and plans for the Canadian market for the brand
  • Create and implement key promotional activities
  • Drive brand growth in Canada in collaboration with the Brand Director
  • Work to strengthen brand equity in partnership with the Senior Brand Manager
  • Prepare campaign concept briefs for agencies for projects under your responsibility
  • Set objectives and key performance indicators for marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report on campaign performance
  • Lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary projects, collaborating effectively with internal teams and all partner agencies
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide in-depth analysis
  • Manage the brand website
  • Responsible for establishing the local social media strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications with 5–7 years of experience in brand or product management, preferably in the food industry
  • Proactive and takes initiative to raise concerns, propose courses of action, or seek additional support to advance the brand agenda
  • Agile and autonomous (self-directed)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • High stress tolerance and ability to manage a heavy workload
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of the Canadian food market
  • Bilingual in French and English
