About the role

  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of governance processes (committees, decision-making bodies, reporting)
  • Streamline SharePoint sites, optimizing and clarifying their use
  • Contribute to the rollout of an IT project management tool for the IT department’s strategic and tactical projects
  • Monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of IT projects and services
  • Analyze trends and make recommendations to improve IT performance
  • Update and distribute materials to inform IT teams about the status of ongoing projects, successes, and upcoming events
  • Manage and optimize the IT department’s intranet/SharePoint site with relevant and engaging content
  • Manage the IT department’s internal social networks to share news and innovations
  • Organize monthly meetings and internal events to strengthen cohesion within the IT community
  • Develop communication campaigns to promote IT projects to business teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • You are in your final year of an engineering program or in the second year of a Master’s program at a leading business school or university
  • You have an interest in IT
  • You have strong familiarity with digital tools and their use in a professional environment
  • You are curious, rigorous, independent, and proactive
  • You can work autonomously and as part of a team
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • You are fluent in French (written and spoken)
