About the role
- Build and manage B2B lead generation funnels with the help of automation that attract, qualify, and convert prospects at scale.
- Launch and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other channels to drive consistent pipeline growth.
- Use AI and automation tools (n8n, Make, ChatGPT, BuilderBot, etc.) to streamline outreach, reporting, and nurturing workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align inbound and outbound strategies, ensuring seamless funnel execution.
- Design multi-touch lead nurturing campaigns using behavioral signals, data insights, and dynamic personalization.
- Continuously analyze funnel performance, identify growth levers, and iterate based on data and experiments.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B growth, lead generation, or performance marketing, ideally in startups or marketing agencies.
- Are fluent in running paid acquisition campaigns and optimizing for cost-per-lead and conversion metrics.
- Are hands-on with AI and automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, BuilderBot, ChatGPT, etc.) to scale workflows and insights.
- Understand both sales pipeline dynamics and marketing attribution—you know how to generate and qualify leads efficiently.
- Are self-driven, data-minded, and love experimenting with new tech to get better results faster.
- (Nice-to-have) Have experience in the crypto or media industry.
