About the role
- Provide implementation and support of BD integration projects for pharmacy, materials management and related healthcare systems
- Participate in customer meetings and conference calls to facilitate interface design, training, and validation
- Maintain accurate account documentation and backups, complete project documentation accurately, and monitor critical issues while providing timely updates
- Work effectively with diverse multi-functional teams focusing on small to medium healthcare organizations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education and work experience
- Knowledge of HIS systems and/or BD products as it pertains to hospital workflow
- Experience in healthcare environment with technical (systems) involvement and computerized system applications with knowledge of HL7 or EDI standards
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, SharePoint, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
