About the role
- Achieving or exceeding sales quota in assigned territory
- Developing new business opportunities and selling Parata portfolio of solutions into the retail and community pharmacy market
- Developing and managing relationships with key decision makers and thought leaders
- Collaborating with pharmacy owners and pharmacists to position Parata solutions effectively
- Driving sales growth and exceeding quota
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-10 years successful medical equipment sales (capital is preferred)
- Experience working with privately owned businesses or healthcare practices preferred
- Strong prospecting skills with a hunter mentality required
- Strong negotiation and contract negotiating skills
- Ability to effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close
- Solid understanding of the pharmacy industry preferred
- Travel up to 75%
