About the role
- Onsite support for installing and servicing complex diagnostic laboratory automation instrumentation
- Provide clear and timely communications to customers regarding service expectations
- Diagnose hardware/software issues and determine corrective actions
- Maintain service documentation in accordance with GMP requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical field of study
- 5+ years of proven experience
- Strong understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical devices
- Intermediate knowledge of information systems networking
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with driving history
- Flexibility to travel up to 50%
