About the role
- Lead channel programs to grow U.S. Diagnostic Solutions (DS) revenue and margin in alignment with BD Field Sales and distributor strategies.
- Build and execute distributor engagement plans across HQ, regional, and local levels.
- Strengthen distributor relationships and optimize marketing campaigns and programs.
- Represent BD at national/regional distributor events to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., DIOH) and manage account plans to meet performance goals.
- Align BD DS strategies with distributor business plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and incentive programs.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure strategic alignment and mutual success.
- Collaborate on sales plans, contract optimization, and competitive conversions.
- Partner with Training and Marketing to deliver product education to distributor teams.
- Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain active engagement with BD marketing and sales teams to support platform growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years in medical products and/or capital equipment
- Proven success in distributor/channel partner management and driving business growth
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
- High business acumen with strong financial and analytical skills
- Adaptability in dynamic environments and demonstrated strategic thinking
- Ability and willingness to travel 50%.
