About the role
- Handle a variety of Partner Billing and support tasks.
- Play a key role in the new partner onboarding process, acting as the point of contact for Billing Services training and account setup.
- Conduct and participate in Partner training programs as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of onboarding and Partner materials, helping Partners define their billing and back-office processes.
- Develop a basic understanding of Skyswitch and CoreDial products and services to support Partners effectively.
- Maintain professional interactions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Report on key metrics across multiple projects.
Requirements
- AA/AS degree or comparable experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in billing services or a customer-facing role, experience in accounting or finance-related role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online webinar tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to break down complex processes into concepts easily understood by Partners unfamiliar with billing software.
- Solid understanding of general accounting processes and best practices.
- Fundamental knowledge of the telecommunications (Telco) billing industry is preferred.
- Experience with telecommunications and billing reconciliation practices is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability in all work.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to exceed measurable performance goals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining proactive and adaptable.
