About the role

  • You are responsible for implementing and integrating the dropshipment platform into our e-commerce system landscape
  • You work closely with the Product Owner to shape and develop our digital dropshipment solution
  • In line with BAUHAUS’s strategic objectives, you design future-proof architectures and platforms
  • You lead and empower your team of software engineers, for example through coaching and code reviews
  • Together with other product teams, you work to ensure an inclusive architecture
  • You actively contribute to the Tech Lead community and help shape how we work

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT Specialist) with several years of professional experience
  • At least two years of relevant experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Engineering Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Golang, DevOps (CI/CD), API design, and cloud infrastructure (GCP); TypeScript knowledge is a plus
  • Experience integrating SaaS solutions as well as internal GCP-based solutions
  • Empathetic team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and take responsibility
  • Very good English skills and ideally good German skills
