About the role

  • Accountable for the sales achievement of his crops in Morocco directly or indirectly through daily contact with distributors, dealers, nurseries, and growers.
  • Develop and monitor customer key accounts.
  • Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate needs and convert it into sales opportunities.
  • Achieving APV market leadership by maximizing sales volumes in all growing areas of his crops.
  • A member of different crop teams in EMEA, actively participating to achieve EMEA sales targets.
  • Collecting data on consumers, competitors, and marketplace and consolidating information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
  • Contribute to APV market leadership strategy, implementing and follow up of action plans targeting customers to enhance APV market share and boosting loyalty.
  • Support of sales in Morocco through his capabilities to promote APV varieties directly or through distributor's teams and retailers.
  • Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of local marketing activities through building, maintaining, and enhancing strong relationships with all stakeholders in the seeds value chain.

Requirements

  • Agricultural engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Experience working with similar systems in a similar business environment (especially Tomato & Pepper)
  • Knowledge of vegetable seeds market
  • Ability to communicate and influence
  • Team worker
  • Able to work in a matrix organization
  • Microsoft skills
  • Language skills: Arabic (fluent), French (fluent), English (Business fluency).
