About the role
- As key interface to management for controlling topics; As key contact to intercompany charging
- Implement cost charging and allocation according to the aligned principle, preparing related SLA and defining site service allocation together with the project organizations and other site stakeholders
- Manage cost centre for the unit, as well as monitor and analyze the cost development
- Prepare operational planning and CAPEX planning, and conduct gap analysis of the site services and company services, as well as provide regular update of the cost forecast
- Support month-end closing as bridge between unit end users and Finance team
- Drive to set-up or improve all relevant processes in the organization and monitor the implementation progress
- Prepare visualized cost report to management, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of relevant Controlling, project management experiences from MNCs
- Audit firm experience and CPA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification will be of top priority
- Deep understanding of business planning and analysis
- Candidate with visual dashboard tools, Macro, Python is a plus
- Agile working spirit and solution oriented with strong stakeholder management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
