About the role
- Ensure the product portfolio delivers a return in excess of the cost of capital
- Plan, monitor, analyze and report commercial performance
- Initiate corrective actions to achieve targets
- Forecast product demand in collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain teams
- Manage shortages and allocations in coordination with Commercial teams
- Review and optimize the product portfolio for profitability
- Define and document pricing strategies and guidelines
- Propose and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve supply reliability
- Support or lead strategic investment projects
- Assist Commercial teams in preparing and negotiating major agreements
- Act as the global coordinator for transregional matters
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management with strong financial expertise
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with analytical tools
- Fluent in English; French and German are a plus
- Education: degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field preferred
