About the role
- Ensure continuity and success in the launch of new soybean traits and cultivars
- Strengthen the biotechnology pipeline and meet agricultural market demands with advanced, sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in agricultural experimentation with seeds or traits
- Postgraduate degree and/or master's degree is a plus
- Experience in direct or indirect leadership of people
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Leadership profile with coordination and management skills to ensure efficient and safe agricultural operations at research centers
- Ensure the quality of experimental data, compliance with technical protocols and alignment with strategic objectives
- Demonstrated organization, strategic vision, ability to handle multiple demands, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
