About the role

  • analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities that drive business decisions
  • set up and manage structures for functional budget planning and reporting to ensure transparent resource allocation
  • develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards and self‑service analytics tools to provide actionable insights
  • partner with HR Business Partners, leadership, finance and controlling to define key business questions
  • deliver data‑driven solutions
  • optimize and standardize tools, processes and reporting frameworks
  • ensure data integrity and continually improve data governance in collaboration with IT and HR Operations

Requirements

  • university degree in economics, business administration or a comparable field of study
  • minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in HR analytics, controlling or a comparable area
  • strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and practical experience with reporting and dashboarding concepts
  • fluent German and English skills
  • experience with SAP, Power BI and BW desirable but not mandatory
  • team‑oriented mindset
  • strong independent working style
  • good communication skills
