About the role

  • Responsible for daily bank reconciliation and cash flow management for small and medium-sized countries
  • Reconcile bank accounts for the companies within scope, driving automation through Autobank
  • Estimate daily cash flow by gathering information from various sources and reporting it to the Regional Treasury or Germany Treasury headquarters
  • Execute the month-end close for the companies within scope in a timely manner
  • Perform the daily upload of exchange rates in SAP
  • Prepare monthly variation analyses, as well as quarterly and annual footnotes
  • Provide requested information to auditors as needed.

Requirements

  • University degree or advanced student in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both oral and written
  • Portuguese valued
  • Basic accounting knowledge is mandatory
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is valued
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
