About the role
- Responsible for ensuring that the production process runs efficiently and effectively
- Comply and follow all EHS regulations
- Act as the work permit issuer (G1) in the production area according to the work permit matrix
- Providing feedback to the superiors regarding safety issues in the work area
- Checking the completeness of the batch card used for daily production activities
- Conducting monthly meeting related to safety, quality, and issues in the production area
- Creating the Minutes of Meeting for the monthly meeting
- Checking and revising HIRA, Procedures, Working Instructions, and Work Checklists every 6 (six) months
- Preparing written procedures for trial, rework, and recycling of products that are not listed in the batch card
- Conducting daily production meetings with the Shift Leader on duty in the morning
- Reporting deviations that occur during the production process and creating daily reports
- Coordinating projects carried out in the production area with maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from Chemical Engineering
- Min. 3 years of experience working in chemical plant
- Sound technical knowledge in production or plant related function
- High level of initiative to get the work done
- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting
- Reporting method, computer & program literacy
