About the role
- You will work closely with safety specialists, company physicians, the works council, the plant fire brigade and other experts.
- You will support the implementation of legal requirements and BASF-internal regulations.
- You will take responsibility for defined project tasks with a safety-technical focus.
Requirements
- Successfully completed Master’s degree in engineering — ideally with a focus on safety engineering or a related discipline
- No more than two years of professional work experience
- Above-average academic performance is advantageous
- Drive to shape projects and a strong sense of responsibility
- Creativity and openness
- Courage to innovate
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for new developments
- Strong communication skills — both in German and in English
