About the role

  • To support centralized talent acquisition operations across APAC by managing end-to-end TA data processes.
  • Ensure governance compliance and operational accuracy.
  • Enable data-driven hiring decisions through reporting and system optimization.
  • Generate weekly/monthly hiring dashboards and SLA reports.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for SLA breaches and data discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process offer letters and contract drafting.
  • Liaise with Payroll and local HR for seamless onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with audit standards and HR governance.
  • Maintain compliance trackers and identify gaps in SOPs for updates.
  • Manage vendor usage and job orders, ensure invoice consolidation with Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Analytics, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years in HR or operations; prior TA coordination/analyst experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SFSF, SNOW).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Fluent in spoken and written Korean.
