About the role
- To support centralized talent acquisition operations across APAC by managing end-to-end TA data processes.
- Ensure governance compliance and operational accuracy.
- Enable data-driven hiring decisions through reporting and system optimization.
- Generate weekly/monthly hiring dashboards and SLA reports.
- Conduct root cause analysis for SLA breaches and data discrepancies.
- Prepare and process offer letters and contract drafting.
- Liaise with Payroll and local HR for seamless onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with audit standards and HR governance.
- Maintain compliance trackers and identify gaps in SOPs for updates.
- Manage vendor usage and job orders, ensure invoice consolidation with Finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Analytics, or related fields.
- 1–3 years in HR or operations; prior TA coordination/analyst experience preferred.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
- Attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and HR systems (e.g., SAP, SFSF, SNOW).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Fluent in spoken and written Korean.
