About the role
- Smooth launch of New / Existing products at customer end for Topcoat
- Drive for complexity reduction in Process and Product portfolio
- Achieve efficiency by improving profitability of existing products
- Provide all information regarding customer requirements to Lab before development of new product
- Plan & ensure completion of all the validation tests and availability of results, prior to start of trials
- Coordinate between teams for successful launch of new products & colors
- Support regular Technical service personnel on chronic line issues
- Develop lasting customer relationships
Requirements
- Professional Qualification (Degree / PG Diploma) in Paint Technology
- 10 ~ 12 years of working experience
- Able to build relationship with customers
- Product knowledge
- Knowledge on Color
- Application techniques
- Travel required based on requirement
