About the role
- Provide support services for customers: data entry & data verification
- Setting up, monitoring and fixing data loading scripts
- Creating mappings and configurations for data imports
- Transform large Excel spreadsheets into an appropriate format
- Perform administration of existing accounts and configure the port
- Contact customers for correcting mistakes, verifying data, sending missed information, delivering results of data imports
- Cooperate with product management team and report bugs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst, auditor or accounting specialist is a must
- Intermediate English level or higher
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Degree in Science
- Neat, capable of working with a large volume of numbers
- Punctual and self-motivated
- Positive minded
