About the role
- Lead $50M–$150M design-build projects from concept to closeout
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions
- Strengthen and grow relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure quality and on-time delivery
- Support marketing initiatives and identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership in large-scale engineering design and construction projects
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, and risks
- Experience in Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology sectors
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, documentation
- Bachelor’s in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
- Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain in multiple states
- Ability to travel
