About the role
- Enable R&D team to create software and automate operational processes
- Define CI/CD pipelines for new projects
- Simplify and speed up the current CI/CD pipelines
- Choose/migrate and configure tooling
- Improve and automate the software development process and infrastructure
- Carry out devSecOps practices in the R&D organization
- Setup and lead the devOps guild
- Steer and guide devSecOps activities within the team
Requirements
- Previous experience as a system administrator on Linux, Windows, macOS
- Strong background as a software engineer with proficiency in Python and at least one of the following languages: C++, Ruby, Javascript, Groovy, Kotlin
- Proficient in scripting languages like Bash
- Demonstrated experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC)
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker
- Experience in working with Android build systems
- Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools
- Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git and SVN
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
