About the role

  • Lead accounting team to perform month, quarter and year-end closing in compliance with IFRS and CAS
  • Implement corporate accounting policies and procedures
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations and account analysis
  • Participate in the preparation and process of the annual audit, tax filing
  • Liaise and coordinate our banking relationships and activity
  • Liaise and coordinate our tax activities and relationship
  • Play an integral role in the continued development, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the company’s financial accounting systems
  • Manage the AP, AR, FA, GL
  • Prepare all financial statements (P&L, B/S, Cash flow)
  • Responsible for calculation and filing of sales and income tax for various tax authorities
  • Coach and develop accounting team
  • Work on multiple complex projects owning the process from start to finish with a high degree of autonomy

Requirements

  • A university degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • 10 years accounting experience
  • Public Accounting experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and CAS including experience in the preparation of financial statements
  • Exposure to SAP and HFM accounting systems a plus
  • A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and a good team leader
  • Excellent communication, written, and oral skills
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Must show accountability, be a team player and operate with a sense of urgency
  • Able to travel between Suzhou, Beijing and Wuxi on monthly basis
