- Developing and managing resource plans for Credit Assistance
- FTE forecasting, inbound call forecasting, driver management
- Work allocation, shrinkage forecasting
- Data mining and analysis, reporting, requisition management
- Socializing with key partners in HR, Finance, Staffing, and Executive Leadership
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills as demonstrated by 2-5 years of experience
- Skilled with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Previous Credit Assistance or call center forecasting experience
- Workforce Management experience preferred
- Programming and analytics experience with SAS/SQL
- Experience in statistics and modeling
- Experience in forecasting as demonstrated by a minimum of 2 years experience
- Experience with business case development/financial statements
