About the role

  • Owns coordination and executes responsibilities of business management routine activities, resource and finance management, including strategic planning, and communication activities.
  • Helps drive strategic priorities by being involved with the business on a day-to-day basis along with stakeholder inputs.
  • Prepares Executive for key meetings, overseeing the preparation of relevant materials and talking points.
  • Oversees the status of critical business measures including workforce and location strategies, financials, travel management, risk and LOB owned issues.
  • Partners with HR and Finance on workforce planning, location strategy, operational and initiative budgets, organizational health, and engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Generally requires 5 years of experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, presentation creation and delivery skills.
  • Comfortable in translating complex technical details into simplified presentation proposals.
  • Experience with a wide range of business management activities and initiatives including finance/budgets, key risk metrics, and status reporting.
  • Ability to engage and influence at the executive level, anticipate the needs of leadership, and establish collaborative partnerships.
  • Strong project management, multitasking and organizational skills with enhanced knowledge on productivity suites (e.g. MS Office tools, Confluence, JIRA etc.)
  • Applicable knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity policies, regulations, and security frameworks.
