About the role

  • The person taking on this role will be expected to be a hands-on program manager supporting multiple workstreams across the AML Regulatory Remediation program.
  • This is a multi-disciplinary role that will require the successful candidate to take on numerous diverse responsibilities and will necessitate close partnership with senior business, operations and technology managers.
  • A key aspect of the role will be to manage complex regulatory-driven technology projects across multiple technology, operations, and business units.
  • Oversee and drive execution of technology deliverables across all technology teams across the program.
  • Oversee the Program Architecture Office, responsible for facilitating, ratifying and communicating the design of all common technology components across the program.
  • Oversee and manage all Technology change management activities (PPRT, TPAS, etc.).
  • Oversee and manage all governance activities (technology project/program status reporting, technology RAID tracking).

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ work experience in AML Regulatory Remediation
  • AML/KYC subject matter knowledge and strong track record delivered significant AML/KYC programs
  • Engineering mindset, can dive into the technical details when needed, direct traffic with developers
  • Technical background that enables the above.
  • People of high caliber and analytic thinkers.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership.
  • Ability to negotiate with multiple parties and find acceptable compromise.
  • Ability to manage in a time-constrained environment.
  • Ability to structure a program and assists in structuring projects, their tasks and challenges to ensure accountability, clarity on the status of the project, and frame the risks/issues/dependencies in a way that is actionable & actioned by senior leaders.
  • Someone who has used technology to deliver a significant “enterprise-scale” project in the past and saw it through to delivery.
  • Someone who challenges the conclusions, and provides alternatives.
